Ooty (short for Udhagamandalam) is a resort town in the Western Ghats mountains, in southern India's Tamil Nadu state. Founded as a British Raj summer resort, it retains a working steam railway line. Other reminders of its colonial past include Stone House, a 19th-century residence, and the circa-1829 St. Stephen’s Church. Its 55-acre Government Botanical Garden lies on the slopes of Doddabetta Peak.

ITINERARY:-
Day 1: Arrival Bangalore - Mysore
Arrival at Bangalore airport/ railway station and proceed to the Mysore. Bangalore is the capital city of Karnataka state it is well known as Garden city.
On the way visit Srirangapatna, which was the capital of King Hyder Ali and his son Tippu Sultan. By noon arrive at Mysore and check into the hotel. Afternoon visit Mysore Palace, one of the major attractions of Mysore. Then to Mysore Zoo where you can see some of the rare species of wildlife. Evening proceed to world famous Brindavan Gardens expanded over 150 acres. The musical fountain and light show adds attraction to the gardens. Return back to the hotel and overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 2: Mysore – Ooty
After breakfast check out hotel and proceed to Ooty on the way pass through Bandipur and Madumalai forest. Check in at the hotel as you arrive in Ooty. Evening free for shopping and other activities and overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 3: Ooty
Morning after breakfast proceed for a sightseeing tour of Ooty. Visit the Doddabeta Peak which is the highest peak of Ooty. From here you will get a very panoramic view of the neighboring regions. By noon back at Ooty town. Afternoon visit the famous Botanical garden built in 1847 and the Ooty Lake where boating facility is available. Horse-back riding around the lake also is available. Evening visit Coonoor. Overnight at Ooty.
Day 04: Ooty - Kodaikanal (254 KM/ 6:30 hours)
In the morning you will set out for Kodaikanal where on arrival you will check into your hotel. The rest of the day will be at leisure and you may wish perhaps enjoy a boat ride in the star shaped lake or take a stroll around it.Overnight at Kodaikanal.
Day 05: Kodaikanal Sightseeing
After Breakfast, full day tour of Kodaikanal. Visit the Bryant Park, which is a riot when flowers are abloom, take a walk on Coaker's Walk that winds its way around town, view Pillar rocks and visit the picturesque Silver Cascade waterfalls.Overnight at Kodaikanal.
Day 06: Kodaikanal- Bangalore Drop
In the morning you will check out and be transferred to Bangalore for your return journey.
